A Mama Deola’s Wedding Story – September 3rd
Directed by Femi Adebayo and produced by Folagade Banks, A Mama Deola’s Wedding Story is a Nollywood comedy-drama that follows Mama Deola, who goes to extreme lengths and handles endless chaos to fund her son’s dream wedding. This marks the feature film debut of popular content creator Folagbade Banks.
The movie, which explores themes such as Family, humour, and the chaos of weddings in Nigeria, features Nollywood veterans and upcoming Nollywood talents. The cast includes Shaffy Bello, Toyin Abraham, Omowunmi Dada, Rotimi Salami, Bukky Wright, Erica Nlewedim, Iya Rainbow, and Akin Lewis.

Confusion Na Wa – September 3rd
This is a 2013 dark comedy -drama following a chain reaction of random, intertwined events over 24hours in a Nigerian city, triggered when a lost phone falls into the wrong hands. The film won the Best Picture award at the 9th African Movie Academy Awards.

Produced by Moses Inwang, this crime thriller explores the themes of secrets, survival, ambition, and redemption. As pasts resurfaces, loyalty, ambitions, and survival collide.

Properties of the Gods – September 4th
Joseph Okechukwu’s Properties of the Gods is a historical drama exploring the Igbo caste system, focusing on forbidden love and family betrayal. The central storyline follows a young couple whose love is tested by rigid traditions of the Osu caste and Freeborn relationship.
Directed by Uzodinma Okpechi and Okechukwu Oku, the cast includes Pete Edochie, Enyinna Nwigwe, Maria Chike Benjamin, Hilda Dokubo, Zack Orji, Elvina Ibru, Onyeka Onwenu (final role), and Cynthia Okereke.

On what was supposed to be Teni’s dream wedding day, her unpredictable ex-boyfriend crashes the event, turning the celebration upside down.
The cast are Nancy Isime, Eyinna Nwigwe, Ik Ogbonna, Erica Nlewedim, and Uche Nwaefuna. Directed by Desmond Elliot the movie will stream on Kava from September 10th
Ajosepo – September 10th
Directed by Kayode Kasum, the story follows a young couple’s upcoming wedding, which descends into chaos as long-buried secrets, strained sibling relationships, and unexpected scandals surface during the preparations.

Directed and written by James Abinibi, One Gidi Night is a crime thriller following a single tense night in Lagos. The story centers on high-stakes desperation, survival, and family dynamics.
The cast includes Gabriel Afolayan, Uzor Arukwe, Wumi Toriola, Ibrahim Yekini, Idia Aisien, Kelvin Ikeduba, and Ali Nuhu. Distribution will be handled by FilmOne Entertainment.

Produced by Opa Williams, the story follows three retirees who decided to spend their pension money on a wild adventurous spree in Lagos, trading their quiet golden years for modern nightlife and antics.

Strangers – September 24th
