The official trailer of the upcoming film Children of Blood and Bone, co-written by the book’s author, Tomi Adeyemi, alongside director Gina Prince-Bythewood, has been released after an exclusive trailer launch event at the Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM).
The story of Children of Blood and Bone is set in Orïsha, a kingdom where magic once flourished. The trailer offers a glimpse into Tomi Adeyemi’s fantasy novel, influenced by West African culture, that combines magic, oppression, and rebellion as it transitions into a screenplay.
