Homi TV has added Inbetween Colours, a new Nigerian drama to its streaming catalogue, bringing another Nollywood title to its growing slate of African content.
The film is produced by Samuel Rapulu Oramali, Managing Director of Irvor Media Limited, and directed by Uche Agbo, President of the Directors Guild of Nigeria. It stars Nancy Isime, Mercy Aigbe, Segun Arinze, Rapulu Oramali, and Alvin Abayomi.
Inbetween Colours follows Mike, who receives a melanoma diagnosis just as his life starts looking up, and retreats into denial rather than face treatment. His path crosses with Sophie, a wealthy NGO founder searching for a sense of purpose money hasn’t given her. As their unlikely bond deepens, Mike must confront the reality he’s been avoiding, while Sophie must decide what she’s willing to risk for a man whose future is uncertain.
The film draws on Oramali’s experience surviving skin cancer, lending Mike’s story a layer of lived authenticity.
“Due to increasing sunlight intensity, especially in the sub-Sahara, instances of skin cancer
among persons with albinism are gradually increasing.”
Oramali also further shared that
