The trailer for Kemi Adetiba’s highly anticipated series, To Kill a Monkey has just been released.

The New Netflix original Series follows Efemini, a down-on-his-luck everyman whose life changes forever after a chance meeting with an old friend. Forced by circumstance to suppress his principles and explore a life of cybercrime, he finds himself making ever-greater moral compromises to stay ahead of the consequences of his new choices… and broadening tastes.

Starring William Benson, Bucci Franklin, Bimbo Akintola, Stella Damasus, Chidi Mokeme, Sunshine Rosman, Lilian Afegbai, Ireti Doyle, Teniola Aladese, Michael Ejoor, and many more. Produced by Remi Adetiba and Kemi Adetiba for Kemi Adetiba Visuals, with original score composed and produced by Oscar Heman-Ackah.

To Kill a Monkey is produced by Kemi Adetiba Visuals with Kemi Adetiba credited as director, showrunner and creator. This Series is set for a Netflix Premiere on July 18, 2025.
